- Mango Tuk Tuk - Mango Sticky Rice Milkshake IPA
Inspired by the fruity, creamy perfection of the classic Thai dessert, we brewed this milkshake IPA with mango, coconut, vanilla, and lactose. Mango Tuk Tuk has a huge mango nose with a light coconut cream pie in the aroma. On the palate, this creamy coconut translates into a richer, toastier coconut, complemented by juicy ripe mango and a touch of vanilla. A light hop bitterness in the finish is the punctuation mark on all of these sweet, tropical flavors.
- The Coffee Tree - Thai Iced Coffee inspired Milk Stout
This velvety, robust milk stout is brewed with warming cardamom spices, home roasted Vietnamese coffee beans and milk lactose. Equal parts cool, refreshing beverage and cozy fireside brew - this innovative first from Track 7 Brewing has something for everyone.
- Cryo Thing 1 - Cryo Hop DIPA
Cryo Thing 1 our Alpha King bronze medalist is back! ???? Every year during the Great American Beer Festival the top IPAs face-off in the Yakima Chief Hops and 3 Floyds Brewing Alpha King Challenge. We knew it would be intense competition, so we triple dry-hopped Cryo Thing 1 with concentrated cryogenically frozen Simcoe + Mosaic lupulin powder. The result is a dank West Coast Double IPA showcasing classic notes of grapefruit, pine, and resin.
- Chasing Rainbows - Passion Orange Guava Kettle Sour
Our beloved kettle sour is returning with its juicy blend of passion fruit, orange, and guava. It pours a bright, sunny yellow, spilling with tropical fruit aromas and a hint of lemon peel. On the palate, this generous fruitiness is complemented by a refreshing lactic tartness.
