With delicious, unexpected dishes, an excellent selection of beer and wine, an A/V system for presentations, and 9 pinball machines that are sure to delight and bring your group together, Outer Orbit is especially well suited to hosting your event.
We have a number of options that may work for your group that we have outlined below. For more information about a particular option, please email us using the form below and we can get the ball rolling on figuring out exactly how to make your event one for the record books.
There are three options for private rentals that we have utilized in the past. However, we are flexible and open to new suggestions about how to structure your rental.
Happy Hour Rental:4-6pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This time period is especially catered to companies seeking a fun, yet limited get together that’s easy on the bottom line. We have a traditional contract-based agreement and a voucher based system that eschews having to sign your name somewhere that will summon legal from the depths of your company. $750 food & beverage minimum + $750 rental fee. Or $75 vouchers with a minimum of 21 vouchers.
Partial Buyout:4pm-7:30pm or 4:30-8pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. This is our most popular option and allows the most flexibility for large groups where a presentation may also be part of the proceedings. $1,000 food & beverage minimum + $1,500 rental fee.
Full Buyout: 5pm-10pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, and Sundays. Go big and have a blow out party (and rest assured there won’t be any horror stories later because Outer Orbit does not serve hard liquor- just beer and wine). $1,500 food & beverage minimum + $2,500 rental fee.
